When your SIO Grafen project is getting close to completion our focus is dissamination of results from the project, always in collaboration with the project manager.
Presentation at Swedish Graphene Forum
All project finaced by SIO Grafen should during their final phase be presented at Swedish Graphene Forum, Swedens largest, yearly event for 2D materials. The presentation can be done either by the project manager or by one of the other project participants.
Swedish Graphene Forum is scheduled mid-October each year, normally as an in-person two-day conference. You can find more information about the conference here.
The program office will during April/May contact the project leaders scheduled to present on Swedish Graphene Forum that year. After the summer renewed contact is made with detailed information about the presentation.
Project shorter that one year are presented on Swedish Graphene Forum the same year they are approved, even if they are in the start-up phase. Projects longer than one year are presented in their final phase.
Mail to the project manager close to finalising the project
During the last months of the project, the project manager will get an information mail from the program director. The mail contains information about what happens during finalising the project and an offer to support taking the next step.
The project information at siografen.se is updated
When the project sends the final report to Vinnova we will also update the project information at siografen.se. We will use the public report sent to Vinnova by the project manager, no extra action is required.
Our communicator will edit the text before the publishing at siografen.se, coordinated with the project manager.
Press release and social media
In order to get more persons to realise the benefits of using 2D materials we are actively disseminating information about the possibilities by the use of social media and press releases. Success stories from our projects are the best way of doing this!
When publishing the short, public report from the project, SIO Grafen’s commuicator makes a suggestion for a press release and posts on social media communicating the result. Text and publishing date will be sent to the project manager before publishing.
